About us
Children’s World Day Care & Learning Centre is a warm, nurturing, and safe environment for your children. We offer after-school programs and childcare services in Nelson, helping parents and families throughout the Kootenay District. We specialize in ages 2.5 to 12 years old, from pre-k to elementary.
At our centre, we believe that learning is the key to fostering your child’s imagination. Our team of caregivers encourages your child to engage with others and learn in a non-intrusive way. Some of our approaches include using music, art, circle time, story time, and more. Your child can learn at their own pace all while having fun interacting with children their own age!
Our licensed Early Childhood Educators know that every child is unique and use a variety of techniques and learning tools to aid in their development.
